Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Thank you for choosing The Sweet Life of Tea. As a small business, we are committed to offering you the finest teas and ensuring they arrive in the best possible condition. We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our refund and cancellation policy, which we’ve tailored to ensure maximum satisfaction while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for The Sweet Life of Tea

 

1. Returns and Exchanges:

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and for the safety of our customers and staff, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. All sales are final.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to address the issue, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

3. Lost or Destroyed Packages:

We strongly recommend that customers purchase insurance for their orders. If your package is lost or destroyed in transit and you have purchased insurance, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. The Sweet Life of Tea is not responsible for uninsured packages lost or damaged during shipping.

4. Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an event booking, please note that a cancellation fee of 50% applies. This amount is non-refundable to cover our preparation and reservation costs. To cancel, please contact us at least 14 days in advance before your scheduled event. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, 50% of your payment will be retained and not refunded. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Important Note Regarding Cancellations for Product Orders:

Please note that once an order is placed for our products, we immediately begin the process of preparing it for shipping. If you need to cancel an order, you must send an email to info@thesweetlifeoftea.com either immediately or within two hours of placing the order. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please understand that cancellation is not guaranteed.

All Sales Are Final:

We firmly adhere to a policy of no returns or exchanges. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
