Please join Lady Ikisha, owner and chief curator of The Sweet Life of Tea, LLC, for a hands-on herbal tea blending workshop.
Herbal tea (also called tisane) is delicious and medicinal. Have you ever had a headache and treated it with a hot cup of tea and honey? If so, then you are already on your way to creating functional and tasty herbal tea blends.
